Sizing & fit
What size should I get?
Go by your waist measurement. Our boxer briefs come in S to 2XL and fit true to size. If you are between sizes, size up. The size guide has the waist measurements for every size.
How do the boxer briefs fit?
A 6″ inseam with a fly front, and a waistband that doesn't flip or roll. The 5% stretch keeps the waistband and legs in shape, so the leg stays down instead of riding up.
Do the tees fit the same way?
Our crewneck tees have a tailored fit: clean and modern, without being too tight. They are made from the same 95% cotton, 5% stretch as the boxer briefs, and are tag-free.
Fabric & care
What's it made of?
95% combed cotton and 5% stretch. Combing removes the short, scratchy fibres, so the fabric stays soft, breathable and smooth wash after wash, and the stretch keeps the waistband and legs in shape.
Why combed cotton?
Short fibres are what make cotton feel rough and pill after a few washes. Combing takes them out and leaves the long, even ones, for smoother yarn and softer fabric that holds up longer. Read more about combed cotton.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash, and don't iron directly on the print. The combed cotton stays soft and the 5% stretch keeps its shape wash after wash.

What's in a pack?
Packs come in 3, 6 or 10 pairs, all in the colour you choose. The more you stock up, the less you pay per pair, down to $14.50 a pair with the 10-Pack. See all packs.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Shop Pay lets you split your order into 4 interest-free payments at checkout.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free in Canada on orders $50+, and $10 under $50. US shipping is calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Every order ships within 2 business days. We email you as soon as it is on the way, with tracking whenever it is available.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes. We ship across Canada and the US. US shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Can I return underwear?
Yes. You have 30 days to return unworn items in their original packaging. We send a free return label in Canada and the US.
How do I start a return?
Email Hello@Cottonopia.com with your order number and the items you want to send back. We reply with a free return label.

Where is it made?
In Egypt, with a partner factory that has over 40 years in cotton, runs on clean energy and uses no child labour. Cottonopia is Canadian-owned and based in Saskatoon.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Just enter his address at checkout and we ship it straight to him. Not sure of his size? Returns are free for 30 days.
